So many in the world are desperately trying to change the course of humanity–but are we really making progress? Perhaps a seemingly rhetorical question, but in reality the answer is complex and difficult to navigate. In our effort to bring clarity to how we approach the idea of progress, we use the analogy of a broken puzzle to portray the cornerstone of collaborative problem solving and solutions building.

an analogy for inevitable outcomes

Why a broken puzzle? I think we can all agree that many in the world are trying to solve the same puzzle we are at Pangaea, but seemingly we all share in the growing reality of defeat on a global scale. Of course there are many localized successes, but the aggregate outcome is still an increase in human slavery, poverty, animal suffering and destruction of natural ecosystems. My belief to communicate with the world is that we are all trying to solve a broken puzzle. No matter how much money we throw at the problem, how many hours we all work, or the brilliance of strategic efforts, millions of people and animals are abandoned in suffering and planet earth is dying.

In response to this belief, I’ve sought out others who share in the same belief to help build an organization that is devoted to fixing the puzzle so all of our efforts can work together in harmony. We aspire to be facilitators of cooperation and unity, supporters of emerging changemakers, and collaborators in strategic projects and programs that bring rapid and sustainable growth to the worldwide ambition for improvement. Our most fundamental and core belief is that when we come together in solutions building and promote loving behaviors, healing will naturally emerge and things will change course.
